Simply put it was easily the best evening we ever hosted. From the talk amongst the guests it was clearly a night many will treasure in their memories. On the big day itself it was a real pleasure watching someone else take all the hassle, and it soon became abundantly clear that it was money well invested. The staff deserve a mention too, they were a pleasure to have around, polite, courteous and always willing to help yet very discreet. As for the food it was top drawer and absolutely delicious! I was awestruck next morning when when I got up and you had returned, cleared up and left the place spotless as though the party had never happened. "Adams & Adams organised a magical dinner for us at a private villa during the Cannes Lions Festival. Our aim was to entertain some of our most senior clients but yet do something a little different from holding the dinner at a hotel or restaurant. The food was innovative and delicious, the staff were courteous and discreet yet always at hand. The chef performed a miracle! ... he managed to hold back then present the food much later than planned and cater for 12 extra guests at the last minute. I can't recommend Kate highly enough as an experienced caterer with exceptional organisational skills and a friendly sunny nature." |
