Welcome to 2014! And for the team at Adams & Adams it’s started with a bang…..We have already organised an amazing corporate party for Midem, product launches at MIPIM and now there is the little matter of the Cannes Film Festival, the Monaco Grand Prix and several private parties…..it’s going to be a busy one.
SUPERFOOD MENUS: Celebrating doesn’t always have to be about heavy, calorie filled menus and as summer approaches we are delighted to be launching our ‘SuperFood Menus’. We are including some delicious new, extra healthy dishes that you and your guests can enjoy when celebrating this summer. We are sharing some of the recipes with you on our Blog.

Launch of our SuperFood Menus – Delicious and Good for You.

Celebrating doesn’t always mean over indulging on cream, butter and chocolate and as summer fast approaches we are launching our new range of  ‘Superfood’ Menus.
The menus are inspired by our desire to produce exquisite food, that’s always delicious but that is super healthy and good for you.
Today we are starting with one of our favourite breakfast recipes that is guaranteed to kick start your day without all the caffeine and sugar.

Breakfast Green Vanilla Smoothie.

Green

Ingredients:
1 cup of coconut water
½ Small avocado
1 cup of baby spinach
1 Lebanese cucumber
1 handful of mint leaves
Juice of half a lemon (optional)
1 tsp of vanilla powder.
Simply put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.  Add water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
Voila! Quicker than making a coffee.
